In 2007, after over 30 years of serving the Fairfield and Alphington community, Dr. Joseph Hoffmann retired from dentistry. Dr. Kenny and Dr. Kai took over the practice, and in 2010, they moved it to the current Station Street location. Now conveniently located near shops, the practice maintains the quality and care that the community has come to know and focuses on providing optimal dental solutions according to patient's individual needs.
Dr Kai Xu, BDSc (Melb)
Dr. Kai Xu graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2004. With a deep commitment to excellence, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of dentistry through years of practice in Mornington, Fairfield, Brighton, and Hampton.
As a dedicated member of the Australian Dental Association and an accredited Invisalign provider, Dr. Kai continually advances his expertise through ongoing professional development. He has undertaken extensive training in root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, veneers, dental implants, and Invisalign, ensuring his patients receive the highest standard of modern dental care.
Passionate about dentistry, Dr. Kai believes in providing lifelong, comprehensive dental care with an unwavering commitment to quality. His philosophy is simple: every patient deserves the same level of care he would choose for his own family. He strives to create a welcoming, professional, and hygienic environment where patients feel at ease, knowing they are in expert hands. Dr Meagan Healy, BDSc (Melb.) and BDSt (Melb.)
Meagan graduated from Melbourne University in 2003 and has worked in various private dental clinics in Red Hill, Mornington and the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and is a mother to two wonderful children. Meagan is a member of the ADA and her particular interests lie in children's dentistry, preventative and minimal intervention dentistry, cosmetics and general restorative dentistry. Meagan offers the dental wand, which many patients find achieves dental anaesthesia more comfortably. Meagan discusses all treatment options and works with her patients to achieve the best outcomes for their long-term dental health. Meagan is a caring dentist who has a calm and gentle approach and who strives to make every patient feel comfortable in the dental chair.
Outside of work, Meagan enjoys taking her children to watch the Bombers win at the MCG.
Dr Ari Barr, BDSc (Melb)
Dentist
Ari earned his Bachelor of Dentistry degree in 2010. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working in both private practices and the public sector across various locations in Victoria. Additionally, Ari has supervised dental students at Melbourne University and finds his occasional work in correctional institutions particularly fascinating.
Ari enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, but he especially relishes tackling more complex cases involving tooth extractions.
Outside work, you might find Ari tuned into the latest news or planning a road trip. While he rarely watches mainstream movies, he's often spotted at film festivals enjoying subtitled films.
Dr Cici Feng , BHSc(Dent), MDent (La Trobe)

Dr. Cici Huang Feng graduated with a Master of Dentistry from La Trobe University and has gained extensive experience caring for patients across diverse clinical settings, from Ballarat to Wodonga. Her dedication to patient care was exemplified during her time as a Dental Resident at Monash Medical Centre, where she worked closely with specialists across medical and dental fields to treat medically compromised patients. This role gave her invaluable experience managing complex cases, including dental trauma and rare dental conditions.
Ms Yvette Ding, OHT (Melb)

Yvette began her career as an Oral Health Therapist after earning her Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Melbourne in 2008. Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience working in private, community, and orthodontic clinics. She is passionate about providing quality care to patients of all ages, helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
As a dedicated member of our team, Yvette takes pride in contributing to our patients’ confidence by supporting their oral health journey. She is an active member of the Dental Hygienists Association and the Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists Association (ADOHTA), staying committed to ongoing professional development.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Yvette enjoys exploring her creative side through cooking, traveling, and discovering new culinary delights. But what brings her the most joy is spending quality time with her loving husband and two boys.
