How Invisalign Braces Work

Unlike conventional braces, Invisalign uses removable clear aligners that slowly guide your teeth into the desired position. Each set of aligners is worn for two weeks until it is replaced with the next set, which moves the teeth even further.

Invisalign braces are made of clear acrylic materials that are unnoticeable when they are worn. Most people cannot see the braces on your teeth unless you show them very closely.

In some cases, we will attach small, tooth-coloured buttons to the teeth to provide something for the aligners to ‘grab’ onto. They will be removed completely once treatment concludes.
